Return & Exchange Policy
Our production partner doesn’t offer returns and exchanges.
HOWEVER, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting my shop!
REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items within 30 days. If these apply, please contact my shop with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll work on getting it sorted out for you.
SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGES
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—there is one for every item listed in my store, please visit the Size and Color Guide page.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know by contacting my shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll work on sending you a new one or issuing a refund!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled on my shop WITHIN ONE HOUR of ordering. Otherwise, your item will have already started/completed the production phase.
